You are our priority! We welcome all insured and non-insured patients. We are in-network with some insurance plans and others; we are out of network with. You can use your dental insurance with us. We will get your insurance information. We will provide your insurance company the diagnostic and treatment information to help maximize the reimbursement you receive.  We will prepare and submit claims on your behalf.

Our office is in contract with the following dental plans: DELTA DENTAL (PPO, PREMIER, LEGION and Medicare Advantage), United Health Care, MetLife, and the dental plans that are part of the Diversified Dental Services (e.g. Principle, some Anthem BCBS, Humana Health Care, some UCCI plans, Zelis healthcare, Ameritas and others). The best way to verify is to call us and check. 

We also offer convenient payment options through Cherry and Care Credit that will facilitate your treatment. This will allow you the freedom to choose your best treatment option without limitations and restrictions.  You are in control of all your treatment decisions.
