Welcome to our brand new periodontal office in Henderson, Nevada. We specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease. We also specialize in surgical dental implant placement to replace single, multiple or a full set of teeth. Our goal at hoP is to create an experience that erases the negative notions of going to a dental office. Your treatment is customized for your induvial needs.
Meet the Doctor
Dr Marwa B. Abulhasan is our Board Certified Periodontist. She was born and raised in Kuwait. She completed her high school in Kuwait and moved to the United States to complete her higher education. She attended the University of Pittsburgh where she gained her Bachelor of Science (BS) and her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Degrees. She then worked as a General Dentist in Kuwait for a few years where she gained clinical experience and understood the importance of knowing more. This is when she decided to specialize in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery. She completed her training at The Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC in 2012. She also finished a Master’s Degree in Craniofacial Biology at the same time. Since graduation, she combined clinical work with teaching. She taught Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery at Kuwait University and The Kuwaiti Board for Advanced General Dentistry. She also worked as a clinician in Kuwait before returning to the United States. Upon her return, she obtained one more degree from USC in 2019: Masters of Medical Management. She now works as clinician in both Nevada and California and maintains a position as a Adjunct Associate Professor of Clinical Dentistry at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. She is compassionate and loves what she does. Her family and traveling the world are her comforts in life. She is looking forward to meeting you, treating you and gaining your trust.
